URGENT H-1B ALERT

Last night, without warning, President Trump signed a proclamation after hours, which goes into effect at 12:01AM on Sunday, 9/21/25. Any H-1B workers seeking to enter the United States after that time will be required to show they have paid a $100,000 entry fee to the U.S. Government.

A lawsuit is being filed, but it is unknown whether a federal judge will be available to consider or rule on a temporary restraining order against this proclamation before it goes into effect.

If your company has any H-1B workers who are currently outside the United States, please contact them at once and have them return to the U.S. immediately.

Note, this proclamation was issued without warning, and we wanted to send this information out immediately to give any H-1B workers as much time as possible to return to the US before this new requirement goes into effect.

Obviously, no H-1B should leave the United States at this time.
